Dads

So I asked Danny to help the kids with the nativity scene. We were decorating for Christmas and I turned around to see what they were doing. There was lots of giggles and that usually isn't good because they are doing something naughty. I guess they thought it looked better on their faces then on the table. Men!! I would never have thought this one up.

Codan was wondering what was wrong with everyone.

Silly kids!

Fat Turkey

Karlee had a play at her school and she was the adorable fat turkey who didn't want to get eaten on Thanksgiving Day. She did such a good job. Way to go sweet heart!

Whats Sideways?

We can always count on Brody to keep us laughing!

So on Thanksgiving I told Brody I wanted to get a cute picture of him in his turkey hat he made at school. I guess I'm not being a good mom at teaching my children things. Because as you can tell from above my child doesn't even know what sideways is. Oh well hopefully by school right!!

Thanksgiving

The only family picture we got on Thanksgiving the kids of course are never in the mood to sit for a picture especially Codan.

Night out with friends!!

Me and my cute hubby! So can I just say that Danny and I have the funnest group of friends that always have great date night ideas. The Costleys got a limo and invited a bunch of us out for a night on the town. It was so much fun. First we went to Benihanas in Scottsdale. Then of to the Melting Pot for dessert. I wish a had gotten better pictures and one of all of us in front of the stretch Cadillac Escalade. It was a BLAST! Once again thank you to Justin and Sarah for rescuing Codan so I could enjoy my night. He just loves you guys.

Codan on the move

Our crazy son figured out a funny way to get around the house. When he gets going he can really move. The kids love to cheer him on. We were able to capture this moment just in time because he gave in and is now crawling like a normal child.

Toothless cutties!!!

So I finally was able to take a good picture of the girls with their teeth missing. Aren't they cute? For those of you who haven't seen them in awhile they both lost their front teeth. Jadyn lost hers first. She was upset until Karlee lost hers. Now there too cool!! Jadyn loves that her teeth are gone like big sisters. Brody keeps saying he lost a tooth even though he hasn't. His baby teeth on the bottom are fused together so he has a space in the middle and he really thinks he lost a tooth. It is soo funny. Karlee has lost 8 teeth and shes only five. That's so crazy. Nobody else in her kindergarten class has lost any yet. She feels way cool to be the first. Now she can tell Santa all she wants for Christmas is her two front teeth. Karlee loves loosing teeth. She has found it's a good way to make money on the side.

Jadyn chipped her teeth over a year ago on the bathtub. So we had her put under and she got two route canals done and crowns put on. It $cost$ her daddy a lot of hard days at work! Just to knock them out for good only 4 months later. She knocked them out at the root. So the next morning she had to go in again and have the roots taken out. I think my hubby works really hard just to flush money down the toilet. Kids take up every penny, but aren't they so worth every penny spent. Poor kid now she hates the dentist. Kids what do you do with them. I was so upset. My cute little girl can't be without her front teeth for 5 yrs. We thought about having a bridge put in with fake teeth. But the more we thought about it we figured with our luck she would knock those teeth out to. So for now they are the toothless cuties!!

I think she is cute enough without them. People make comments and at first it bugged her. Now she just yells at them and tells them when they ask where her teeth are that they are at home. She kept them in the tooth the dentist gave her. However she is not totally ready to let them go. When we asked her if she wanted the tooth fairy to come she said, "No Mine".

Halloween

This year we had friends and family over to our house. It was a blast and I think the kids really enjoyed it. Jadyn would ask every house that we went to for more candy and she would stay there until they either gave her more or we came and got her. It was hilarious. There also was a haunted porch that actually scared Brody the kid normally isn't scared of anything. He asked to sleep in our room that night poor kid. Karlee was a fairy and I made her costume with help from a friend. The first night she wore it I put it on backwards. So tonight I got some pictures of it on the right way. Ups! Karlee and her friend Sophia in their costumes.
Our friends the Mitchells. Porter, Tess, Jadyn, Brody and Karlee
This year we had a fairy!

This year we didn't have a dinner they just had dessert and drinks. It was so much easier with the kids and not having to worry about them getting all messy.

My Dis my Bubba, Jadyn always says!

We went with our friends the Herberts. Here are all of the kids together in one picture.
Last but least you can't forget the love birds. Karlee and Caviston!

Bad To The Bone

Saturday night we had a Halloween party with some of Danny's friends he grew up with. We didn't know what to be so this is what you get for a last minute outfit. Karlee thought we looked pretty cool. Brody wanted to know were his sleeve tattoos were. We went to Mike and Natalie parks for dinner and games it was a lot of fun!! It was hilarious seeing how everyone dressed up. Thanks Nana Janny and Papa Trey for watching the kids for us so we could have a night out. Hopefully you weren't sore the next day.

Date Night

On October 7th we went to So you think you can dance concert. Sara and I grew up dancing and love it. We always watch the show. So we thought why not drag the guys along with us. It was a lot of fun and I want to say a big thank you to Sarah Herbert and Rachel Costley for watching the kids for us. We split them up because there are soo many of them now. Hehehe!! Danny and I haven't had a date night in over a year without kids. Sarah talked me into letting her take Codan for me. She did great and I think the little bugger loves her hubby Justin he got him to sleep and take the bottle just fine. What was I worried about with great friends like that. Rachel also somehow managed to survive the other three just fine. Thanks soo much for your help.

We went with Ben and Sara Stevenson they are such a blast to hang out with! There is never a dull moment when you get Danny and Ben together. They crack me up.

We went to dinner at Kubuki's before the show. It was so fun not having to take care of kids.

I love my hubby sooo much! Isn't he cute!

Time out for pictures of course.

Me next to miss skinny pants. I'm still trying to lose the last 15 lbs of baby weight. One day!

The guys were so silly. We had seats in the 12th row so before the show the felt they needed to entertain everyone on the front row. The had everybody laughing at us.
