Polar Express!

The Polar Express!
On the train with my cute Hubby!!

The train conductor.

Danny's parent's took everyone on the polar express this year.
I think Monterey is a little excited!

The train ride that was supposed to be short ended up being very long. Towards the end Karlee had everyone chanting "we want off ."

This guy was telling all the kids that they had to get all the reindeer off the tracks so we could move again. They bought it the first few times.

Looking at each other and thinking, "Do you want off the train too?"

Just hanging out.

They all loved when Santa finally made his appearance!

Especially Codan!!

Jadyn loved sitting up in this window.

Once you got off the train they had Christmas lights to look at. The older two wanted to stay and look but Jade and Codan had had enough fun for the night!

One last picture before everyone got cranky.

Thanksgiving!

This year we had Thanksgiving at our house again. Horrible family picture but I try to get one every year. What the point is I'm not sure. Not one of the kids is looking at the camera!

I had the kids make apple turkeys while they waited. It helped to pass the time.

This year my Aunt Lisa and Uncle Lonnie came down with my parents. Also my sister and her new hubby Reyn.

The kids with their mouths full. I guess the cooking got their approval.

An official Matson family kids welcome. Your not completely a member of the family until my kids have attacked you over and over again. Reyn at the bottom of the kid pile up!!

The famous grateful turkey. We write down what we are thankful for on his feathers and then the kids hang all the feathers up.

Uncle Reyn helping the kids. He was soooo nice to have around. To bad him and my little sis Brooke live so far away. He came in really handy.

Brody trying to work all the turkey off with papa.

Thanks everyone who came to see us. WE love you guys. And to those of you who didn't come. You better be here next year. I don't want to hear your excuses.

This year at are ward party Karlee performed he first dance performance. She did so well.

The kids loved Santa. However I couldn't get Brody to smile. I guess he is to cool!

The nativity scene was so cute. I loved that they had the little kids act it out.

Tree time

The kids strike a pose while we decorated the tree.

Check out Codan he thinks he is big. Just like the big kids. Too cute!

The tree all finished. The kids did it this year with NO help.
I was to lazy. It was nice to sit back and let them do it.

Halloween

Carving Pumpkins with Daddy. I hate carving them there stinky, messy, and all I hear is,"mom, dad, mom, dad HELP ME!" Oh what a long night.

Lucky for the kids they have a nice daddy who stuck it out until the very end. He even cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom. I walked in dreading having to clean up and when I saw how clean the place was I couldn't stop smiling!! I love my hubby he's the BEST!

Halloween night. My kids changed there costumes last minute on me. We had all the stuff at home so I didn't have to buy much which made it nice.

Brody wanted to be a scary cowboy with Karlee. I had the same outfit for Jade because I thought it would be cute for them to all match. But she really wanted to be Dora. She loves Dora right now.

Codan as you can tell hates being a pumpkin! This was the only picture we could get and he screamed the whole time. Poor kid. We took it off and the rest of the night when people asked what he was we told them, a little boy of course.

All of Danny's hard work with the kids.

Our cute cowgirl!

Scary cowboy Brody!

Little Miss Dora the Explorer!!
People said Hi to her all night and not to let swiper swipe her candy! It was pretty funny!

The trick or treating gang. There were a lot of kids. I think close to 20. We got together with a group of friends.

While trick or treating there was a house with scary guys. Jade went up to this one and told him, "BOO"! He jumped and pretended to be scared of her. It was really cute and made her giggle.

This guy right her Jadyn went up to and gave him a hug. I wished I had caught it on camera. Oh well! She wasn't scared of anything this year. Her Daddy was so proud of her. However Brody screamed like a girl and Karlee hid from everybody. I guess once you get older and realize what scary is you get more scared?! Go figure.

Best Buddies! Jadyn and Rylyn!

This was sitting on the table of food and Karlee thought they were real frogs at first. The food was so yummy. My favorite part.

Bouncing while waiting to eat! They didn't want to get out. I loved it because I actually got to eat without anybody bothering me!

That's all folks. Hope you enjoyed!

Codans New Trick!

He has officially hit that naughty stage. Every time I turn around he has climbed to the top of something. It started out with climbing to the top of Brody's bed. Now he climbs on the bathroom sink turns the water on and plugs it letting it overflow onto the floor. (He learned that one from Jade.) And now the most recent trick also from Jade. She would climb on top of the car and then jump off onto the couche. He thinks he is just as BIG as the big kids! So here it is for your enjoyment!!

He also likes to say NO!

Danny and I just look at each other and laugh because with him being the 4th, we know all to well the fun stage that we are up against! Gotta love the attitude though. I think he is so cute!

Fall Break

So we went to Mesquite and St. George for my kids fall break. It was soo much fun! Thanks mom and dad for taking us! We love you. This picture was taken outside of Brigham Young's house. We took a tour and my kids loved it. I have never in my life seen my kids sit soo still and listen. When the missionary said the tour was over I was bummed because it was back to wild kidos. My kids wanted to keep going to all the pioneer homes. They thought it was so neat to hear about the pioneers and see all their old things.

At the St. George temple.

Not a very good picture but it's all I got.

My mom and I took the kids bowling while the guys went golfing. It is now one of Danny's favorite golf courses. The kids found this fountain and all had to drop money in.

Hanging out with papa. Papa had just finished making everyone paper airplanes and stop to have a brake when my girls climbed up by him. They are so sweet. Nana Tami was holding Codan and talking to him when I went to take a picture my camera died. Bummer wish I had more pictures but I forgot to charge the camera. The trip was planned last minute so I was rushing. Next time I will remember to charge my camera.

Before we left we told the kids where we were going and Brody said, "That's weird that we are going to George's. Who is George anyways?" I couldn't stop laughing he is soo funny! I'm glad that he ended up likeing George's! The trip was great!
